Outside-In: Developing a Character Through Physical Choices

Using the theory and practice of Laban Movement Efforts, participants explore breath, body and movement, experiencing different physical realities and the different characters and stories that can be inspired by or more effectively communicated through those choices.  The class can focus on the creation of new, original characters and/or apply discoveries to material on which participants are already working.
No previous experience with the work of Laban is necessary.
