Lauren has been an educator for over twenty years, and believes in the power of theatre as a tool for building highly valued skills including problem solving, team building and public speaking. More importantly, theatre is a means for cultivating crucial human skills – confidence, self-awareness, risk taking, listening and empathy. Whether in the college classroom, stand alone workshops, summer camps or one-on-one coaching sessions, Lauren seeks to meet her students where they are, and to use theatre to help them achieve their goals be they professional, personal or both.
