Lauren Bloom Hanover is an actor, educator and producer based in Portland, Oregon.  Classically trained in England and at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Lauren’s work has focused on Shakespeare and other canonical writers, both onstage and in the classroom.

Beginning in 2012, Lauren began working in non-profit administration, joining the staff of the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival.  In 2013, she moved to Portland Oregon to assume the role of Director of Education and Community Engagement at Profile Theatre.  She served as the company’s Associate Artistic Director until the end of 2017.  She currently serves as the Executive Director of Portland Revels.
